Welcome to your office!
Below are your four freshly hired and committed workers. As manager, you must assign each worker one trait in which they excel. Each trait listed will determine your worker’s speed at completing unique office tasks. You will have a set amount of time to complete all your tasks, so choose wisely.
Once you have selected your worker’s traits, call a meeting and start assigning them tasks!
You managed to finish all of the tasks in time and have successfully been promoted!
You managed to finish all of the tasks but it took too long. You got fired quicker than an arrow out of a bow.
You managed to finish all of the tasks but your employees complained about how many meetings you called! Your boss left you with a really nice reference letter and cited "professional differences" over the reason for your contract termination.
You managed to finish all of the tasks but you trained your employees too well! Your boss did not renew your contract and instead hired one of your employees to fill the role.
You managed to finish all of the tasks but you didn't provide training to any of your employees! This resulted in your entire team quitting for better opportunities elsewhere. The good news? Your boss was so happy with the work you were able to complete that he said he will hire you once he is able to find new staff. Hopefully that doesn't take too long!
You managed to finish all of the tasks but you didn't spread the work out evenly! One of your coworkers ratted on you for relying on them more than anyone else. This led to you getting fired and that employee taking your job. However that employee did not last long in their new position. You taught them how to complete tasks, not manage them, after all.
